Warranty and Support

  • In the event of a problem, we ask that it be reported by telephone and remote, by a person conversant with the actual problem.
  • The purpose of this request stems from the fact that many problems are solvable over the phone resulting in a much faster replacing of a unit back in service.
  • If the problem is not resolvable over the phone, CryptoTech will dispatch a trained service technician to your head office. Our goal is within the day or the next day of the receipt of the problem report. The latest case is within 16 working hours of the receipt of the problem report.
  • CryptoTech will repair the problem within 16 working hours of the receipt of the equipment.
  • If the unit cannot be repaired, CryptoTech will provide a replement unit to you in the next working day.
  • Warranty coverage is limited to failures brought about during normal use. Failures resulting from accidents, incorrect use, unauthorized modification or service or outside influences are not covered.
